This was a first for me and totally fun. The bride and groom live out of state. The bridesmaid throwing the shower had me make these for the guests to fill out. Since there was no gift opening this filled some time! There is a space for a photo of the guest (bridesmaid took photos with digital camera), a section to write a note to the bride and also a wedding mad lib!
